1903 Papal Church Structure Chosen

1910 Birth of Ecumenicalism: Edinburgh, Scotland World Mission Conference

1911 The Great Controversy final edition

1915 Ellen G. White dies. Deut. 31:16,29.

1922 Worldly Accreditation forces Catholic Medical System onto Loma Linda.

1929 Worldly Accreditation forces Catholic Educational system onto SDA.

1948 WCC formed in Geneva, Switzerland.

1955-56 AGREEMENT with Martin & Barnhouse. New Catholic Jesus. All done at cross. 

1957 Questions on Doctrine, Book of a New Order, published.

1957 M.L. Andreasen protests! Writes Letters to the Churches.

1962-65 Vatican II in Rome. Four Adventist representatives present.

1965-71 B.B.Beach, official SDA liason to fallen church systems, initiates yearly SDA—WCC meetings in Geneva area. 

1968 SDA joins WCC Faith and Order Commission

1968-Present SDA—Christian World Communions (CWC) yearly meetings.

1968 SDA Book & Bible Houses (Later ABC’s) become purveyors of Babylonian wine.

1972 Paulsen, first Adventist to graduate from ecumenical Tubingen University.

1973 B.B.Beach with WCC writes book, So Much in Common.

1975 Protest of SDA Ecumenism in Hungary. 1500 SDA’s disfellowshipped.

1976 Neal Wilson tells court that anti-papal attitude is thrown into historical trash-heap.

1977 B.B. Beach gives gold medal to Pope in Rome.

1977-1980 Protest of True & Free SDA’s in USSR ignored. Shelkov (83) dies in Siberia.

1979 Ministry Magazine goes Ecumenical.

1980 New 27 Statements—WCC compatible. Ecumenism, Trinity [new god] incorporated. No second or third angel’s messages. 

1981 “SDA” trademarked under commercial law.

1981-1982 SDA signs Baptism, Eucharist, Mission (BEM) Document with 100 other churches. 

1983 Martin Asks General Conf. if 1955-56 agreement is still on. Reply: YES.

1984-1999 Secret Roman Catholic—SDA Dialogues begin in Poland. Public Agreement signed—1999.

1985 SDA leaders in England agree with Margaret Thatcher to close businesses on Sunday. 

1985-2000 B.B.Beach represents SDA’s at “Meeting of U.S.Church Leaders”.

1985 New SDA [Catholic] Hymnal. 13 new hymns to Trinity.

1986 “What I Like About Lutherans, Baptists, Methodists, Charasmatics, Catholics, Pentecostals, Adventists written by George Vandeman.”

1990 B.B. Beach marches Babylonian women into Gen. Conf. Business Meetings. Papal Rome prays for success of General Conference meeting.

1990 Cosmic Christ commissioned painting handed out to all Gen. Conf. delegates.

1991 Roy Adams, Adventist Review Ed.: “Eucharist fits into ambit of Three Angel’s Messages.” 

1993 George Knight: “SDA pioneers would not be able to join SDA church today.”

1995 New SDA logo, replaces old 3 Angels symbol.

1995 New Catholic encyclical—UT UNUM SINT. Pope can be head of fraternal system of church bodies. Pray together.

1995 Vatican Flag Marches into General Conference. Sign of Daniel 11:41 fulfillment. 

1996 SDA--Ecumenical Patriarchate in Istanbul.

1996 Porter SDA Hospital merges with Catholic hospital in Denver, Co.

1997 B.B. Beach works with WCC to determine best time to celebrate Easter. 

1994-1998 SDA—Lutheran Dialogues. Agreement signed on Justification. Obedience to law not necessary for salvation. 

1999 SDA clergy welcomes pope to St. Louis.

1999  Roman Catholic—SDA Dialogues in Poland. Public Agreement signed—1999. Unity over Blessed Trinity

2000  Secret DIALOGUES with Roman Catholic church begin.

2000 B.B.Beach elected vice chair of Meeting of U.S.Church Leaders” steering committee.

2000 SDA “ecumenical observers” attend Baptist World Congress.

2000 Pontifical Council for Christian Unity and United Nations attend Gen. Conf.

2000  Reinder Bruinsma writes Our Awesome God. Trinity doctrine confirmed as part of the 27 statements.

2001  SDA-World Alliance of Reformed Churches [WARC] DIALOGUES

2001-2003 SDA--Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity (Roman Catholic) dialogues.

2002 Vatican invites B.B.Beach (representing SDA’s) to Religious Observance at Assisi. All board train.

2002 SDA—ROMAN CATHOLIC DIALOGUES

2003 Emergency Ministry Packet for all religions at death. Prayer to Mary, Vishnu, and other false gods.

2003 SDA’s seek fellowship with Coptic Pope.

2004-2011 SDA Kermit Netteburg, NAD administrator becomes NCC treasurer.

2004-2005 SDA—SALVATION ARMY DIALOGUES.

2005 SDA’s participate in Global Christian Forum—Lusaka, Zambia

2006 SDA—PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH DIALOGUES (USA)

2006-2007 SDA—WORLD EVANGELICAL ALLIANCE [WEA] DIALOGUES, 420 million evangelical Christians. SDA’s want to join WEA.

2007 SDA expands DIALOGUES to World Religions. Council on Inter-church/Inter-religion affairs created.

2007 SDA’s participate in world-wide GLOBAL CHRISTIAN FORUM meeting in Kenya. 

2010 SDA’s celebrate 100th year anniversary of Ecumenical Movement in Capetown, South Aftrica. Partnership in mission.

2010 SDA DIALOGUE with Universal Society of Hinduism.

2010 Secretaries of the Christian World Communion elect SDA John Gras Secretary for 5th time. 

2011 SDA DIALOGUE with Mennonite World Conference. Next meeting in 2012

2016 A General Conference Representative, Ganoune Diop, Public Affairs and Religious Liberty Director of the General Conference of Seventh-day Adventists,  was involved in an ecumenical audience with the pope on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 at the Vatican.

2018 United Nations symposium, co-sponsored by the Seventh-day Adventist Church. The event, held Jan. 22 at the United Nation regarding the Role of Religion and Faith-based Organizations in International Affairs.

2019  SDA pastor celebrating mass with Catholics and Evangelicals 2019

2019 Ganoune Diop of the GC of the SDA church, presents at the United Nations addressing a diverse range of organizations, including Protestant, Catholic, Islamic and Jewish groups.

2019  SDA  GC leaders, Ganounpe Diop & Jonathan Duffy, attend the 2019 G20  Interfaith Forum in Japan. June 2019

2020 A Seventh-day Adventist pastor, Roman Catholics and Evangelicals Sign a Historic ‘Ecumenical Charter’ that Affirms Faith in ‘One, Holy, Catholic Apostolic Church’ Feb, 2020
